The client’s old website was slow, out-dated, and not mobile-friendly. It lacked a clear structure, service clarity, and lead generation mechanisms. Bounce rates were high, and leads from the website were minimal. Objective was to build a fast, responsive, SEO-optimized website that reflects the brand's credibility, clearly explains services, and converts visitors into leads through intuitive UX and CTAs.

Project Management

Our web development process followed a 5-phase structure:

  • 01. Discovery & Strategy: Workshops with stakeholders to identify target audience, services hierarchy, and brand voice.
  • 02. Wire framing & UX Design: Created mockups focusing on clarity, ease of navigation, and CTA placement.
  • 03. UI Design: Used clean, professional branding with visual elements of sustainability and energy efficiency.
  • 04. Development: Built on WordPress using Elementor for flexibility, integrated forms, chat widgets, and a CMS.
  • 05. SEO Setup: Implemented technical SEO—mobile responsiveness, fast load speed, proper H1/H2 tags, meta structure, sitemap, and schema mark-up. The site was launched in 30 days. Client training was also provided for updating content internally.
